Every employee of the Sirius Day Spa Franchise corporate office has been in franchising for a number of years with different brands like Massage Envy, The Joint...the Chiropractic Place, Amazing Lash Studio, and more. This means that any question you have, has been answered by our team before.

Real Estate

Sirius Day Spa works within a Master Broker platform which allows for rapid growth of the brand. Our Master Broker and corporate teams will assist in running territory demographics, negotiate lease terms, and answer any other questions you may have. Our Master Broker is tenant represented only, meaning that you know that there is always somebody on your side.

Upon becoming a franchisee, your first step is finding a location for your Sirius Day Spa. With the help of our Master Broker team, who represents tenants only, you will be provided the right data and analytics to find the best location. We utilize detailed mapping and demographics to assist you in your site search.

The ideal site is Class A retail anywhere from 3,500 to 4,500 square feet. It is preferable to have a location that has signage viewable from major traffic areas to receive the most recognition.

Once a few ideal sites are found, us and our Master Broker will assist in negotiations of your lease including teaching you all documents that go along with this process from letters of intent to your lease.

Construction & Equipment

For somebody that has never opened a business before, this process can be very overwhelming. Luckily, we have the people and the documentation that make it much easier.


Once you sign your lease, your next step is to hire an architect to create your spa plans. A member of the corporate team will provide you with an initial layout so you can conceptualize the space. You will also be provided a highly detailed Specifications Book which lays out everything in the spa from paint, to flooring, to furniture, and fixtures. Your architect will have all of the information they need to draw up your plans which will be reviewed and approved by the corporate team.


Sirius Day Spa believes that each spa should provide the same experience to all guests. This means that luxurious relaxation goes into every aspect of the design of your spa.


Once your plans are approved, the corporate team will assist you in finding a general contractor to break ground on your new spa. We will provide you with a Guide-to-Open which lays out every step along the way so nothing gets missed before your training starts.

Training

Our training team will provide comprehensive training designed for you and your team to succeed. You will receive several training documents and manuals which will teach you all there is to know about the business. Along with documentation, our team will also provide initial franchise training, on-site opening training, and continued learning which will ensure that you and your staff are always prepared to handle daily operation of your spa.


Once construction has completed, the corporate team along with your regional developer will hold training in your spa to fully prepare you and your staff for opening day. This training consists of hands-on teaching including the POS system, service techniques, and overall spa etiquette. You will have a member (in most cases multiple members) from the corporate and/or RD team to support you on your opening day.


Day Spa believes strongly that everybody within the brand needs to be fully trained in order to provide the consistency and professionalism to all guests that walk through our spa doors. Our goal is to provide you and your team with the right tools to have the greatest opportunity for success.

Infrastructure

Paired with our detailed operations manual, you will find a myriad of other systems that will prepare you to operate your spa. From the start, you will interact with a Development Worksheet that will provide all of the steps from the day you sign your franchise agreement to the day you open your spa. Our systems are developed over years of experience, meaning everything you receive will have already run the test of time.

Marketing

You will receive a comprehensive marketing manual with thorough local marketing programs and guidelines. You will have access to our library of proprietary marketing materials. Our national website will have unit level micro sites so you can localize your web presence and message. Local marketing co-ops will help generate market wide awareness for the brand and your location.

Technology

Our suite of technology solutions will help you establish, manage and grow your business. The point of sale system will help you manage your business from a revenue, scheduling and client utilization standpoint. Your point of sale data will be imported into our core business review to help you grow your business to meet and exceed your revenue goals.

Bringing Spa Services Back Under One Roof


New concepts continue to launch that specialize in single service offerings like massage, waxing, nails, hair, and much more. Sirius Day Spa will become the market leader by combining this large breadth of services under one roof, in convenient neighborhood locations.


Guests will no longer need to have memberships at several different locations to achieve the pampering and relaxation they need and desire. With the Sirius Day Spa membership, members can use their membership dollars on any service they wish, every month. Sirius Day Spa’s goal is to allow for our guests to quit paying hundreds of dollars in monthly fees at multiple locations, and instead, have one convenient, simple, and affordable membership.


Frequently Asked Questions

Franchisees own and operate their Sirius Day Spa(s). They are responsible for living the dream of being in business for yourself, all while having a national brand to represent and be supported by.

Franchisees must purchase a certain number of franchise licenses by paying a franchise fee for each. It is often recommended that franchisees purchase multiple franchises to leverage their employees and developed infrastructure to manage several locations at once. Upon signing, a franchisee will follow the opening process starting by finding a location and then buildout out the retail space. A franchisee will be thoroughly trained to operate under brand standards.

The franchise investment can range anywhere from 395,575 to 703,750.

Franchisees make money via the sale of memberships, retail, gift card, service, and upgrades that are sold in their spa.

Just like a Regional Developer, a franchisee is somebody with high business accumen and management skills. Franchisees must also manage an entire team underneath them from spa managers, sales associates, estheticians, massage therapists, and cosmetolegists.
